Jesus has a parable for us about authenticity, honesty and forgiveness by contrasting two people going to the temple to pray. One relying on the merit of their own good works and the other humbled by the truth that it is God alone that justifies us. Welcome Jesus who meets us in our brokenness; Welcome All, justified by God’s grace alone.
