Transition Team Report

Hello Friends, 

The Church Council wishes to thank the Transition Team for their work over the past few months and for all who participated in sharing their thoughts.  The team's final report is attached to this email. Hard copies will be also be available at church. 

The findings and themes in this report are going to be an important part of shaping our way forward as a church community. In fact, you may have noticed that many of the suggestions are already taking place or being planned, especially in the areas of visitation and youth involvement in the life of the church.  As we continue to move forward in this time of change and transition, we will use this report to help guide our plans and decisions.
