Worship Arts

Church of the Cross invites people to participate in the worship arts. For each of the church seasons we decorate and periodically rearrange the flexible worship space. This can include changing worship fabrics, including some woven by hand by a local artist. Multiple times a year we rearrange the furnishings in the space as well, including font, table, instruments, and chairs. Together we discover new ways to welcome people into the worship space, which includes a moveable prayer wall where people are invited to light candles each week.
